Heirloom Cookbooks:
Despite an anticipated return, we are no longer producing Heirloom Cookbooks. All customers who paid a $100 Heirloom Cookbook deposit will receive a full refund within 30 business days (by December 17, 2008).
Your deposit refund will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction. If for some reason the refund can not be applied to the card used in the original transaction, you will be issued a refund check in the full amount via USPS mail within 45 business days (by January 7, 2009).

Keepsake Cookbooks:
Keepsake Cookbook orders must be submitted by 11:00 PM PST Friday, November 21, 2008.
Please keep in mind, once you submit your Keepsake Cookbook order, you will be taken through a preview process. When we receive the order, you will then be sent links to a PDF preview of your cookbook via email; this will be an electronic replica of your cookbook. If you see that any of your user entered content needs to be edited, simply send us an email and we will reopen your cookbook account for edits. Once you complete your edits, let us know via email, and we will then send you one final preview. Pending your approval, your order will be sent to print.
All Keepsake Cookbook previews must be approved by the account holder via email no later than 12:00 PM PST, Friday November 28, 2008. Any orders with previews that have not been approved by this time will not be printed, and the user will be refunded their money by December 17, 2008.
The turnaround for Keepsake Cookbook orders is 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your final preview approval.
Gift Certificate Holders:
Customers who purchased Gift Certificates that have not yet been redeemed will also receive a full refund. The refund will be issued within 30 business days (by December 17, 2008) to whoever purchased the original Gift Certificate.
The Gift Certificate refund will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction. If for some reason the refund can not be applied to the card used in the original transaction, you will be issued a refund check in the full amount via USPS mail within 45 business days (by January 7, 2009).
We welcome the use of Gift Certificates on Keepsake Cookbook orders. As a reminder, Keepsake Cookbook orders must be submitted, by 11:00 PM PST Friday, November 21, 2008. Gift Certificates can not be used on our upcoming Fire Sale.
